I’m Emily, a lively and vibrant soul who discovered the transformative power of yoga at the age of 16, following a car accident that triggered my anxiety. With a deep desire to give back and help others heal and grow, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery through yoga.

In 2011, I achieved my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification and have been consistently teaching ever since. I have taken my passion for yoga to various corners of the globe, living and teaching in Hawaii, Australia, New Zealand, and Tasmania. Along the way, I have touched numerous lives, guiding individuals on their fitness journeys and encouraging personal growth.

In 2015 I took entrepreneurship to new heights by establishing a thriving fitness business in Tacoma Washington catering to moms in all stages of pregnancy and motherhood. Through my business, I created a safe and supportive environment for women to embrace their bodies, build strength, and foster community.

With my upbeat and uplifting approach, I believe in the power of yoga and fitness to help individuals grow, not just physically, but also emotionally and spiritually. By integrating breath, movement, and mindfulness, I help break barriers, release self-doubt, and unleash authentic selves.
